Knull gives A Plan

Knull contacted the division and gave The Tony a chilling I-will-do-list," I will turn this planet Gallifrey into my new testing site for a new more efficient breed of Symbiotes. Returning to The Division from The Harry Potter universe

The Tony and Jarold returned from the thirty years vacation in the Harry Potter universe using their Sonic devices and using spells, and creating family of their own using some of those spells cast from The Tony's Sonic Stylus Pen and Jarold's Sonic Calvert casting similar spells, making their Son's and daughters scientifically and magically. They made wizard Time Lord's and Witch Time Ladies , and even created a whole new branch of The wizarding World calling it The wizarding Cosmos.  The Tony said," I'm proud of the work we've done Jarold, We even made copies of you and I to parent our kids."
